Removing Privilege role- You can remove only roles inherited by the current role- any help would be

When I try to delete a privilege role it throws back warning message

Hi,

I am using 20D release

The seeded role to this is called 'Category Manager'

So I have made a copy of the seeded role and renamed it XX Category Manager Custom.

In the Role Hierarchy I wanted to delete "Author Standard Contract Terms and Conditions"

But whenever I try to delete it I get this message:

I know its to do with Parent/Child relationship but I am new to this, any help I would greatly appreciate it. I tried looking online but didnt find any help so resorted to this in the hope one of my colleagues can help.
