Event Information:  The pandemic has forced Organizations to rethink ways of working, interacting, and leading which has implications for workplace learning. This session will explore the history and current state of learning and development and how those insights align to the strategic necessity for workforce skilling/upskilling. Through a case study example, we will discuss how companies can: align opportunities for development and skill-building to business needs; address patterns of learning behavior within the current climate of their organizations; and consider how to equip employees for success with the new skills required in a post-pandemic world.
