Project Manager access to "Manage Project Costs" and "Manage Project Invoices"

How to provide access to PM to review project specific Costs and Invoices?

Project Manager wants to review the project costs and invoices what they are responsible. The requirement is that  if I am a project manager, it should be able access/view "Manage Project Costs" UI and "Manage Project Invoices" UI. PM should see only their projects. 

The following roles help but they work only at BU level.

Project Accountant (Job Role) has the privilege called "Project Cost Transaction Processing" to access Manage Projects Costs -
