Forecast Start Date Demand Plan Run

Summary

I have loaded history till Aug'20. And ran the plan with standard forecasting profile. Expectation is Engine will generate forecast from Sep'20. But Engine has generated forecast from Nov'20

Hello Experts,

I have loaded history till Aug'20. And ran the plan with standard forecasting profile. Expectation is, Engine will generate forecast from Sep'20. But Engine has generated forecast from Nov'20 (from sysdate).

If I use the history offset parameter. It is generating the forecast from Sep'20, however future editable measures are editable from Nov'20 not from Sep'20.

I am just wondering do we have any profile where we can mention start date of the forecast period start date.
