"Always Run" BML Integrations automatically establish a partner session?

Does the 'Always Run' option in BML integrations establish a partner session as soon as user logs into CPQ?

Hello,

I have a use-case with 'Dynamics 365 - CPQ' integration where :--- 

1. When a user makes an update to Opportunity or Quote fields in CPQ quote, that needs to get upserted to CRM.
2. Here, user has not logged into CRM but has logged into CPQ directly.
3. User's partner token exists. BML integrations are of type 'Always Run'.

So here, I want to know if 'Always Run' BML integration will upsert data back to CRM when user has logged into CPQ directly but not accessed CRM?.
