Report to extract employee performance document for four quarters, including manager's and employee reflections.Content
The OTBI report requirement is as below:
- There would be one document per quarter with the following names:
- (P)review Q1 (2020)
- (P)review Q2 (2020)
- (P)review Q3 (2020)
- (P)review Q4 (2020)
- Every quarter, the document is created with 3 standard set of goals:
- Individual Development Goals
- Work Achievement Goals
- Cultural and Behavior Goals
- The Rating/Reflection Labels are as below that is used to rate per goal
- Crushed it
- Nailed it
- Not enough progress
- The Reflection/rating will be both at the Employee and Manager level
