Support time on requested/promised delivery/ship date

Hi,

we are implementing Oracle Purchasing to order goods, e.g. food, to our warehouses with high volume and frequency. We need to state a requested delivery time in addition to day to be able to steer the deliveries to have an efficient processing at our warehouses.

Unfortunately, right now the standard "Requested Delivery Date", "Requested Ship Date", "Promised Delivery Date" and "Promised Ship Date" fields don't support time, only date. So this idea / ER is to enable and support data entry, storage and communication of a time part for those fields in the PO creation/communication/change/acknowledgement business processes.
