Course completion not updating after activities completed

Has anyone else had the problem where a learner has completed all activities in an offering, but the course completion is not updating? So at an offering level, instead of saying 'Complete' it is still 'In progress'.

If so, please could you let me know:

• how long has this been going on for
• has Oracle accept it as a bug?
• are there any Oracle SRs open for it?

I thought there was a discussion on here about it but can only see one about activity completion not recording for eLearns.  Feel free to point me in the right direction if there is another post on it.
