How to Call an Action Chain of the Shell page?

Hi,

I am integrating the CoBrowse functionality with my DCS application and to do so I have to a write a JS code on the shell page of the application. However, I do not want that piece of code to run (and hence display the CoBrose tab) all the time. I only want this to happen when a user clicks on a button. This requires me to call an action chain that is present on the shell page from a page which resides under an entirely different flow. Is there any way to achieve this?
