Sales Order line level approvals and rejection by internal user as well as by their customers

Customers are in 3PL services business, various billing services are created in WMS and transport management system are imported to order management,customers would like to approve/reject at each line

3PL biliing service lines are imported into order management cloud from  WMS and TMS system and these lines has undergo approval and rejection at each charge lines by internal user and customer. we don't have the functionality currently in oracle to approve and reject these charge lines individually

it is one of the key functionalities needed in 3PL service business. we would request oracle to address this functionality ASAP.
