Screen space shortened in new VB Version

In the new VB versions, less space for code editor due to other tabs

We earlier were able to collapse the 'Web Apps' and even the component/structure tab but in the new version, we can only shrink them to a certain width. This is resulting in less space for the code editor.

Do we have any settings so that we can only have a code editor window open? 

Any inputs will be appreciated.
