Adding a pop up notification when selecting the submit button on an Agreement


I'd like to know if its possible to add a pop up alert/notification when a buyer clicks the submit button on an Agreement.

Example:  Buyer creates a CPA. Then when they click submit to send the Agreement for approval, a popup notification comes up asking if the Buyer verified that controls on the Agreement have been completed.  After acknowledging, they click ok or cancel.  If they click ok, the Agreement would be sent through approval.

If this option is not available, are there any other suggestions to achieve something similar.
