Business case: Capture individual feedback responses of multiple trainers in one offering for the trainer dashboard

Explanation: For an offering O1, we have three trainers(T1, T2, T3) who conduct the in-class training.
We want to capture individual feedback for each of these trainers from each participant in the training.
The feedback is in the form of ratings as well as textual.
