Pending Worker Personal Email Address Placed In Home Email Not Work Email
Summary
Previously personal email address was placed in Work Email field, and Fusion used this to send mail to successful candidate for Onboarding tasksContent
Fusion now places Personal Email Address in Home Email, and the candidate does not receive a notification of the system link and opportunity to log on, change password, and address onboarding tasks, as the notification works on the Work Email.
I am asking how consultants are addressing this during their implementation and business as usual process?
Am I the only one experiencing this?
Can this be addressed using onboarding task?
