Weekly Incremental period Accruals needs to recalculate for the past dated assignment changes

Hi ,

Created a Accrula Matrix Formula to accrue hours when assignments status is active . This is working fine.
But if there any back dated assignment changes , suppose sysdate-45 days , if we go back and made a assignment
status change as a LOA . If we  withdraw the accruals upto sysdate-45  and run the calculate accruals , the accruals
are calcualting properly.

But issue is running the withdraw accruals and recalcalute the balance for more number of employees manually is not a good option.

So shall we use accrual event formula to capture past 45 days assignment changes and recalculate the accruals as part  of accrual matrix formula,
