Person data reporting with Financial only implementation

We need to do Person data reporting can we use Workforce Management - Person Real Time OTBI subject area on a finance only implementation

We are currently work on the first phase of moving to oracle cloud only implementing finance modules. As a result we still had to load person data from work day for the system to function properly.  My question is we need to do some person data reporting to help ensure that the two system are matching and to help with testing of interfaces.

Question: I see a OTBI subject area Workforce Management - Person Real Time. Can we still use this subject area for Person data reporting if the business has the appropriate job roles even though we have only implemented some financial modules?
