Accounting event at ASN for acknowledging ownership transfer

We have a requirement where the oversea procurement is having FOB INCO terms.

As soon as the shipment confirmation (ASN) is received from the vendor, ownership of the goods must be transfer and should be recorded to have a financial impact.

As per the current design, there is not accounting entry generated in subedger (Receipt/Cost Accounting) & GL at the time of ASN creation in Oracle Inventory Management Cloud.

Can we have a custom event class and event type to trigger accounting entries at ASN creation?
