Want to ensure pegged quantity is an integer when using fixed order quantity

We are using constrained supply plan without projects. Client wants to release WO tied only to a specific SO and doesn’t want 1 WO pegged to 2 different SO. So we used fixed order quantity of 1 but plan recommends 2 WO with pegged quantity in fractions. Is there a way to ensure pegged quantity is integer since items aren’t divisible?
