There is an incident that is causing the XLSM template to be unavailable from the standard documentation location. 

Enhancements in the 20D release to the labor distribution feature that allow for assignment pay element specific labor schedules, add pay element attributes on the Import Payroll Costs template to ensure data accuracy.  The file attached to this post is required to be used till the documentation incident is resolved.
