Geography setup questions

I am running into a few issues while defining geographies for countries outside of the US

Hello! I'm new to defining geographies outside of the US, and I can't seem to find definitive answers for the below questions:

1. We are hoping to define geographies for Bahrain and Bahamas, but the option to Import Geography Data is not available, as it is for countries such as Italy, Spain, Japan. Does anyone know how to import geography data when it is not an option in Manage Geographies?
2. If I am hiring an employee and enter in their US postal code, the associated county, city and state will populate automatically. Is there a way to achieve this for other countries?
