Can TRC update prefix _FCCS members from FCC

TRC has a seeded member FCCS_Income Statement. When a FCC application is configured (Traditional Approach) that application will have additional system members such as FCCS_Sales. Is there a way add those members to TRC without renaming them?

I have tried to import the metadata but it ignores the member with property Operation set to reposition only (ignores the line). If I try and remove that it will not allow for members with a prefix FCCS_. Since there is a restriction to that prefix what would the method I can synchronize that seeded member. Same results using Data Management to import metadata.
