It is now possible to use a pre-signed URL in any DBMS_CLOUD procedure that takes a URL to access files in Amazon S3, without the need to create a credential.

It is now possible to use Shared Access Signatures (SAS) URL in any DBMS_CLOUD procedure that takes a URL to access files in Azure Blob Storage, without the need to create a credential.
