Way to not extract deleted courses/classes

Hi,

we have a question about the BI Reporting of Taleo Learn. We have made a report from BI Reporting > Create Custom Report.
We have chosen the Data View from Item Types > Classes and we have extracted all the fields available for the report. Once opened the report in Excel, we have noticed that there are classes which doesn't appear in Taleo with the research from Content > Courses. This means that the report extracts also the classes deleted from the LearnCenter. Is it correct? Is there a way to not extract the classes/courses deleted from TaleoLearn?
