Project Cost Sharing Using Contracts

We are using Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing. Significant portion of these projects are sponsored. Some cost (10-15%) though is picked up the customer's general fund.

We are using "Contribution Percent" on Contract to bill most of the cost to the customer. We are not sure how to bill the remaining 10-15% to the general fund. Has anyone been in this situation and how did you handle it?
