Access to specific reference data set based on business unit

We have multiple business units defined where unit owners are different and handles creation/updation/deletion of Location/Job/Grade/Department/Position specific to their business unit only. However when they go to those screen , how can we restrict selecting specific reference data set only(reference data SET LoV should be restricted to specific value only).

Any suggestions please.
