Checklists Allocating Many Times in Error?

We are observing the checklists to allocate up to 6 times for our users during internal hiring events like local transfers, or Global Transfers - 20D? Or config issue?

Hi community,

Since 20D update we are now seeing the checklists allocate multiple times for our employees, this is occurring for any non-enterprise onboarding step checklist (we use global transfer, transfer, and promotion scenarios to allocate the onboarding type checklists).

 

We are seeing the checklists allocate many times to the assigned employee. Curious if anyone else has observed the same? Based on the timeline I wonder if it is 20D related? Or instead, perhaps the timing is a red herring? The feature was working previously and allocating the checklist a single time, as expected, for users prior to 20D.
