Get the specific row from stage file basis on the two columns

Hi Experts,

Can I get the specific row values from the stage file basis on the two columns in the file without looping. For example: Below is the file strcuture.

FirstName,LastName,Email

A,B,[email protected]

X,Y,[email protected]

Can I get the Email basis on FirstName and LastName from the file without loop.

 

If yes, please guide me.
