Hi there
Can anyone direct me towards the most recent Oracle white paper that covers how to add a shared parental leave absence, as an HR specialist? I've been searching but can't find the doc.
Also, as we have only recently gone live, we are having to enter the Average Weekly Earnings when creating absences for maternity and paternity, as Fusion cannot calculate entitlement until there is sufficient salary history. We cannot see where this should be entered for ShPL though, can anyone advise me on that?
