Install MuShop on Kube Cluster error

On step 4. Create namespace under SETUP in OCI -> Start Exploring -> Installing MuShop on a Kubernetes Cluster, I'm getting the error:

"The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?"

I followed the previous steps as is in the OCI Cloud Shell. Any thoughts on a resolution?
