Cash out error When tried as an employee

We have a cash out requirement to allow employees to do a cash out on the current pay period end date when enbaled. We are using cash out ff to meet this requirement.

We have a cash out requirement to allow employees to do a cash out on the current pay period end date when enabled. We are using cash out ff to meet this requirement.  When done as admin cash out is working fine, when we tried as an employee we are getting below error :

 

Error :

An error has occurred. (ANC-3405194)
Contact your absence administrator with the following details: Module AbsCashDisbursementAMImpl, Method calculateBalanceAsOfEffDate and Error Exception occurred in calculateBalanceAsOfEffDate.
