How to enable Mobile friendly pages on HRHD for SR creation and details

I have enabled the 'HR Service Request' task for Mobile though Configuration > Structure.

However, the page is not rendering well on Mobile app (Oracle HCM Cloud) and Mobile browsers.

Is there any additional configuration that is required to make the SR details and SR creation pages mobile friendly? Should HRHD pages be accessed through Oracle CX Cloud app?
