Direct email response submission via received email notification
SummaryWe wanted know if there is a way to respond through the email notifications of a service request that will be directed to the oracle HRHD module?
Currently if an employee wants to reply back to the response on the SR logged through HRHD, it can be done through the application only. We have email notifications enabled along with a link to the application in the email template.
We are this for the ease and better employee experience - if it is possible to respond to the email notification which will be plugged in automatically in the SR message chain through HRHD module.
