We have setup HCM auto provisioning of roles for some of our administrative jobs in Human Resources, Benefits. Person A is in job X and had access to all business units and salary/hourly employees. Effective 12/16 person A was promoted to job Z. Albeit a promotion the data access changes to only the business unit that the person belongs and only to hourly employees.
What I discovered today is that auto provision did not date effective in the roles. Today being 12/15/20 and the new job being 12/16 the roles for job Z were given and the roles for Job X were removed.
