How to assign news and announcements to employees clusters

Hi,
we would need to use Oracle HCM cloud as an intranet. So we want to assign a set of news for employees hired in a specific legal entity and a different set of news for employees assigned to other legal entities.
Basically we need to set news based on emplyment info in the homepage (section news and announcement). is that possible?
