Learning in OTBI - subject areas changing in 2021?

In a recent product forum or webinar it was highlighted that by 21B there will be a subject area called 'Learning Assignments' deprecated.
This is pegged to be replaced by Learning Records subject area; when we look at our own implementation, we have these areas (not Learning Assignments).
1. Workforce Learning - Learning Content Items Real Time
2. Workforce Learning - Learning Management Real Time
3. Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time
My concern is that we're being told to migrate any OTBI reports that use this subject area to Learning records. Does anyone have any clarification on what subject area "Learning Assignments" refers to?
