Converting learning history with multiple completion attempts for active courses/specializations

edited Dec 16, 2020 5:54PM in Learning 5 comments

Summary

We are unable to mark completions for learners who have completed a course multiple times in the past. Would like to understand how have others converted learning history for multiple completions

Content

Hi All,

We are converting learning history for all active courses/specializations to Oracle Learn and had taken an initial approach –

  • Convert learning completion at the course level – this resulted in the completion status coming up as ‘Bypass Completed’ , hence we scrapped this approach

  • Current approach – We are now converting at the offering (Learning Record without a completion date) and at the activity (Learning Attempt with a completion date) which results in the learner completion coming up correctly as ‘Completed’
