Taleo Learn: questions about fields to be extracted

Hi,

we have two questions about fields that we should extract from the Reporting BI of Taleo.

The first field regards the Instructor Led Training: in particoular we would like to know if there is a way to extract the Recurrence of the Instructor Led Training. 

The second field regards the Registrations: in particoular we would like to know if there is a way to extract the information entered in the "Waiting List" field.
