    Summary

    I want to be able to custom sort based on a dimension but do not want it alphabetical

    I have a status that I am wanting to sort by "At Risk," "Potential Issue." "Completed," in that order but since it is not alphabetical, I am unsure on a way to custom sort. Also if possible to do a top 5 in each status category. Please see image. Appreciate any help.
