SQL / Report to Get List of notifications a learner received

We have a requirement to build a report to display Offering Details (Offering Title, Start Date, End Date, etc) with Recipients, Subject, Message Text , etc.,

We are unable to find all the details in the subject area "Human Capital Management - Approval Notification Archive Real Time" in OTBI.

Tried with the below tables in BI and could not find the details.
