How to set Negotiation approval for Cost factor + Current price

We have a requirement approval based on the amount but it should be the sum of the Current Price + Cost Factor let's say. The current price is 100 and the Cost factor (Tax) Cost is 10 so the total is 110. Approval should be worked based on total cost. How to get this in the system
