Auto fill of End Date

Good day!

Could you please tell me if this scenario is possible in the system:

1) HR enters the child of employee into the system (name, date of birth)

2) HR creates a vacation and specifies the child of the employee (selects from a list) (maternity leave)

3) The system automatically calculates the end date of the leave based on the birth date of the child.

Or maybe there is workaround?
