Issue with @FCCSImpactStatus function On Demand Rule

Hello,
I have a problem with the @FCCSImpactStatus function.
I inserted it in an On Demand rules, but it updates the status only if it is launched by an admin.
If it is launched by a user or power user, the status is not updated.
The rest of the calculations in the rule work with all types of users, but the status update occurs only if the admin runs it.
I checked this both in the data status, but also in the job, where there is an indication of the function when it works correctly.
The certainties on the rules are there, in fact the other calculations work.

Does this function only work
