How to avoid folder delete and/or access when owner leaves company

Hi,

My manager will leave company and I will assume its responsibilities. There are several Oracle Contents folders created by him that I have access, and he already set me as "administrator" too.

After he leaves Oracle, are there some risk of these folders being deleted and/or the access to them being not allowed?

If "yes", which kind of action should I do to avoid that?
