We are publishing some self-help How to ESS and MSS videos in Oracle Learning Cloud via Me > Learning > My Shared Learning

Outside of Oracle Learning Cloud, when the Video is played in a Media Player the resolution is fine. However, when the video is published in Oracle Learning Cloud and played, the first 10 seconds of the video are blurred, and then the video resolution is good.

Please let me know if anyone else faced the same issue, and if yes how was this issue fixed.
