External Users do not have an Upload Option

How do external users upload to the folder?

Hello ,

        I have created a folder on the securesites, so that the client can colaborate with Oracle team. I used the shared link option for the folder and sent the link to the client. They can access it and see the folder but they do not see any option to upload to the folders. This link is Public and the Link Permission options is Downloader. The only 2 options here are Downloader and Viewer. Is that the issue?

What needs to be done to allow them to upload to these folders?
