Project Based PO Fund check failure issue even though project budget available

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue related to Projects PO. Details as below.

PO#PURUS1004-13649/REQUS1004-18190 against Project code 910002823 and having a sufficient approved project budget. 20000 USD

Still the PO is failing due to no control budget created on the Project.

I have reviewed the same in manage Commitments Costs page, i see few costs are imported into Project costing, But there is an Approved column reflecting as "No" on all the lines, ideally it should be "Yes".

Im not sure why the PO is failing due to Projects Funds issue.
