We are going to implement Competency in early 2021 (Q1) and started the analysis to define the framework. We used Custom Content Sections for Skills and Qualifications - Certifications, Honors, Previous Employment, Degrees.
I would like to understand in a better way before I freeze the requirement.
1. to differentiate the types of competencies (Technical / Functional), will create 2 custom competency content section like
Technical Competency
Functional Competency
In this case, we will use the Job Profile to attach the competencies, so that employees with the technical job will get the technical competency and the functional job will get the functional competency.
