We had a requirement where we need to pro-rate the accrual on the basis of Part time or Full time changes in assignment.

We had a requirement where we need to pro-rate the accrual on the basis of Part time or Full time changes in assignment. Our repeating period is fortnightly. My FORMULA TYPE is 'Global Absence Accrual matrix'

My Question is 

1. How system will know the event of the change on Part time or Full time.

2. How to achieve the date and range for the same.

3. Can we calculate the accrual on a daily basis.

4. Is there any way we can handle multiple events for two different field value change?
