Submitted Header for Time Entry

Hello All,

When time is entered in to the system by an Employee, the heading shows Submitted, although the system knows time was not actually saved or submitted. However, from a User standpoint, my client is concerned that Users may think their time was saved/submitted when in reality it was not. Is there a way to change this header?
