Contract Invoice exception - Issue with Supplier Setup

Summary

Exception: The primary supplier site for the supplier assigned to legal entity X is inactive

We have checked the supplier setup and site assignments and everything looks ok. Please see the attachment for the exception. 

Any advise on what needs to be done here?
